Great News for Landlords and Tenants!!

In an effort to better serve you through the ever-changing Calgary rental market, the Housing Registry Network has made modifications to our website!

• In the past we had an $800 maximum rent for all spaces.
• If you have a rental with two or fewer bedrooms (including shared space, bachelor suites, etc) you can still list your rental if it is under $800/month.
• As an added option, if you have space with more than two bedrooms, you can list it for up to $1200/month.

Please share this news with friends, family and colleagues that have multi-room rentals who may now be able to list with us.

Listing on the CUPS Housing Registry Network is a FREE service to all that use it!

The Alberta Human Rights, Citizenship and Multiculturalism Act, Section 4, prohibits discrimination in the provision of accommodation on the basis of source of income.

Listings from landlords that do not comply with the Act will be removed from the site.
